This is to confirm that the next physics collaboration
meeting will be held at CWRU in Cleveland, OH.

Roughly, the plan is for for Friday, April 12 to
be a presentation of where we are at this point.
Since some people are driving in from Michigan
on Friday morning, I think we should plan on
beginning at about 10 AM, and continuing through
the day.

Saturday and Sunday will continue the collaboration
meeting, though with some absences. This period
will be a working portion of the meeting. (Bj will
be here Friday-Sunday).

Jon will probably come in early to talk
about computing issues in advance of the formal
meeting, remaining through the meeting.

The meeting will be held in Rockefeller 211
(the "Miller Room").

You can find a map showing you how to get to CWRU
(with directions) at

If you are driving in, you can find a map with directions at

and a map of the campus at

If you have trouble, let me know and I will send you

>From Chicago, Southwest from Midway is usually good;
Continental from O'Hare is usually competitive. Bj
got a good deal from SF on Continental.

Several of us have enough space to put people up if
they would like; alternatively, I would be happy to
provide a list of hotels of varying degrees of price,
comfort and convenience.
