Alignment numbers - final(?) version

Here is what I believe are the absolutely best alignment numbers to date.
They were arrived at by taking the latest published set (the ones that
gave the correct collision point) and setting all the angles to those
which Cyrus and I measured very carefully before taking the chambers out.
This can throw off the X, Y of the reference point because it essentially
pivots the chambers about that point. I recalculated the X,Y values,
first with low statistics using my graphical interactive method and then
fine tuning the results using high statistics from run 1111. I then
modified these results to make a best fit to the measured beam pipe to
chamber clearances. This is done in a way which does not change the
relative positions between chambers. The overall changes in reference
point position typically run about 0.03" when compared to the last set
of numbers. The angles are quite different, however, with shifts of over
20 milliradians in four cases. The alignment calculation shows angular
errors that are less than previous, the largest being 5.3 milliradians
and an rms of 2.6 milliradian. I am not going to adjust any angles away
from what we measured. Here are the numbers. If Mary finds that these
give the proper collision point, then I would view these as being good
final numbers.
