broken file system on afs

d5 and d9 were corrupted because afs tried to write a file bigger than what was
left on the disk. Steve Hanson is fixing it

I'm still working on this as time allows between meetings. It looks like I
can get your 2 volunes salvaged. The single broken file in each volume
will be removed by the process. I've done d9 successfully, and d5 is
running now. Should all be okay by 1 PM or so unless something unexpected
happens.
