Good point. I had read in the run log that 1107 was a lead-out run. If it was
lead in, then alignment numbers shouldn't be relied on.
All told, I don't think this is any big deal. I will finish making the WLS files
for all available runs and look at things more carefully. Then we may decide if
something should be done.
