More likely a cable than a bad ADC channel.
I also notice:
ADC 37 labelled A-counter--L3 looks Dead
ADC 44,45,46 labelled Kicker 4,3,1 resp. are weak to very weak
TDC 30,36 labelled Stonehenge 6,12 seem to be Dead
TDC 11,12,13,14 labelled Upstream Counters 3,4,5,6 seem to be Dead
I think you already pointed out that Chamber 20 is holy.

The A counter is out of time. It was moved from the lambertson
region to near the Gamma counters. It is alive and well and needs to
find a new adc home -- most likely back with the alphabets.
The Kicker ADCs are also out of time. They share an adc with the
Lambertson counters (and pbar,nbar cals). To zero in on pbars in both sets
of counters is not possible, unless one delays all the lamberson counters OR
puts in a separate ADC for the kickers. Both options are being investigated.
The kicker signals are okay, and their absence from the ADC record was a
trade off made in the summer--I agree that we should make them present in the
adcs if possible.
Stonehenge. It appears to me that 6 and 12 are indeed mia. 6 draws
less current that any of the other stonehenges. 12 is ~normal. The
differences could be due to base/tube differences. In any case it does
not look like they will be easily resurected at this point. If we were to
get an access one of the two (I think 12) can be gotten to easily. It is
not in conceivable that we put a new base on if the opportunity arises.
They may have the old E-counter disease. e.g. the Main Ring blast taxes
the base and they don't recover. -- This is speculation.
Upstream 3,4,5,6--i.e. TDCs 11,12,13,14 are empty. So that's
reasonable. I don't know why they are empty. I think some of the lambertson
counters were in that slot, but had to be move for delay purposes--a new TDC
was added sometime in the spring or summer.
Gamma 6. The base draws nomial current. and the signal appears to
be at the adc. This counters goes through a little box with a cap to hold
off an offset. I checked on both sides of the box and the signal looks alive.
It responds to the MR and so on.

What is still left to do?
Make adjustments so both lamberton and kicker counters can be
seen in the ADCs. Check all of the Gamma Counters -- fing the anomaly with
#6. !!!!!!Check triggers to see that the timing is really what we believe!!!!
(I think Dick and I will do that Quasi-independently). Try to revive
stonehenges 12 and 6 (May require access or miracle or both.)
