unpacker.f on /afs/fnal.gov/files/code/e864/offline/unpacker.f now has mods for
version 10 of the data.
basically the differences between this and version 9 are
o chambers 22 and 24 have wires 113-128 swapped back (introduced in version 7)
o chambers 22 and 24 have wires 1-16 swapped (new in version 10)

i also decode the End of Run comment correctly now.

i have remade the library libmini.a, so you should get the new unpacker by
relinking your code.
