Occupancies as function of energy

I have compared two runs taken under otherwise identical conditions but
at two different energies. They are runs 1039 at the higher energy and
1034, made by bj and ken when the machine was running at 630 Gev. Both
were made with "collider trigger", i.e., B.D.Pbar(6ns).

Comparing only the chambers that were functioning in both runs (113,114,
116,117,118,119), I find that the higher energy yields occupancies that
are a factor of 1.9 higher than the lower energy. The effect is pretty
uniform across the chambers. Thus any effect we might have attributed to
the compressed geometry was actually mostly due to the lower energy.
